Due to the surprise nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds based on personal preferences, dissatisfaction with mystery box contents, or changes of mind.

Each mystery box contains a unique assortment of items. Contents vary from box to box, and specific items, brands, quantities, or retail values are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the product description.

No two boxes are ever the same!

All products are sold as-is, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

No Cancellations or Modifications

Once an order is placed, we begin preparing it for shipment.

We do not accept cancellations or order modifications for changes of mind or ordering mistakes, except where cancellation is required by applicable law.

Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing checkout.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we have an opportunity to review and address your concerns.

We reserve the right to provide order confirmations, shipping records, tracking information, delivery confirmations, and applicable purchase terms to payment processors when responding to payment disputes.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at whatsintheboxshop26@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, tracking information, and photos of any visible shipping damage.

We will assist with reviewing the shipment and determining the appropriate next steps, including contacting the shipping carrier when necessary.
